About
Adam Vohra is a recovery coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and community builder committed to helping others live from a place of truth, integrity, and purpose. Through his coaching, podcast, and events, Adam works with individuals who are ready to move beyond survival and into a life of alignment, accountability, and meaningful impact.
He is the host of The Finding Purpose Podcast, where he sits down with entrepreneurs, creators, and change-makers to explore the stories, setbacks, and inner work that shape a purposeful life.
Born in Mumbai, India and adopted into a multicultural household in Connecticut by a Persian-Jewish immigrant mother and an Indian father, Adam grew up navigating questions of identity, belonging, and resilience. Those early experiences shaped a lifelong curiosity about the human condition and the stories that define us.
Before stepping into coaching, Adam built a successful career in hospitality and luxury sales—working his way up from restaurant floors to leadership roles with high-end brands and eventually founding ARV Enterprises, a firm that produces events and partnerships designed to bring people together around shared values and meaningful causes.
Outwardly, Adam was thriving. But inwardly, something was missing.
His turning point came through recovery—a journey that stripped away the noise and brought him back to himself. Through the daily work of rebuilding, reflecting, and reconnecting, Adam discovered that his greatest purpose wasn’t simply achieving success, but helping others transform their lives from the inside out.
Today, Adam’s work lives at the intersection of recovery, personal transformation, and human connection. Whether through coaching, storytelling, or community experiences, his mission is simple: to help people shift from autopilot to alignment and create lives rooted in clarity, responsibility, and purpose.
